Jason is an experienced aviation professional, having worked within the industry for more than 20 years.
Jason's experience spans multiple facets of public and private sectors of the aviation industry along the eastern seaboard, incorporating both operational and strategic roles.
A particular career highlight has been Jason’s role in the Part 139 regulatory transition during his time at CASA. This involved the development, education and consultation of the proposed changes and the successful transition of 186 aerodromes to the new rule set at the same time.
Other notable project successes include the design and public consultation of the new Sunshine Coast Airport runway, the development and execution of the 2017-2023 Townsville Master Plan and the work undertaken for the successful commencement of new international services from Townsville Airport to Bali and Port Moresby.
