As part of Aviation Projects’ ongoing commitment to staff professional development, Specialist Airport Operations Consultant, Jarrod Bell, has recently been undertaking a Certificate IV in Project Management.
The course is self-paced with 6-months available to complete 9 mandatory units. This flexibility enables Jarrod to undertake the study in between work and family commitments.
Although much of the content in the course has already been used by Jarrod throughout his working career, it has been useful to consolidate the techniques and methodology in Project Management taught during this course and tie them in with his existing experience and skillset to further develop this capability.
In addition to completing the Certificate IV, Jarrod is also intending to undertake an Aeroplane Flight Review to reactivate his commercial pilot license.
These professional development opportunities can provide great benefit to the staff, and importantly continue to improve the capability of the Aviation Projects team to provide great outcomes to clients.
